DIY - Self-Care Sunday Botanical Bath Oil

It's Hump Day, which means we are halfway through the week (although the days kind of run into each other, don't you think?) Hump Day also means there are four more days to Sunday, and on Sunday, we like to self-care it up!

So, we're back with another DIY recipe: Self-Care Sunday Botanical Bath Oil.

There are four simple ingredients to this DIY recipe, that's it!

This combination will restore moisture to skin, and soothe any irritation, even those irking your soul (kidding, but not really). Chamomile will soothe skin irritations associated with eczema and rosacea while healing scars wrinkles and breakouts. Almond oil, aka triple threat, improves complexion and skin tone, reduces the appearance of stretch marks and scars, and treats dry skin. Avocado oil contains vitamin E and potassium that nourish and moisturize the skin. Aloe vera juice protects the skin and helps to reduce skin conditions like dermatitis. Chamomile essential oils are for anxiety relief and promoting quality sleep.

Doesn't this combination sound so dreamy?!
